Application process:

I. Apply for a temporary boarding certificate on Alipay or WeChat.

i. Search for "Civil Aviation Temporary Boarding Certificate" on the Alipay homepage (passengers can apply for themselves or others) or search for the "Temporary Boarding Certificate" mini program on WeChat (passengers can only apply for themselves);

ii. Fill in personal information and verify according to the prompts;

iii. After verification, a temporary boarding certificate QR code will be given;

iv. Use the QR code to go to the designated counter and designated channel to handle the check-in and security procedures.

II. With the following situations passengers need to go to the police station on site to apply for a temporary boarding certificate.

i. Children under 16 years old traveling with adults (need to provide a copy of the household register, or original or copy of student status card, birth certificate, vaccination card and provide information on the guardian or companion);

ii. Passengers who have not updated their second-generation ID cards;

iii. Passengers with criminal records;

iv. The materials provided by the applicant are not consistent with the public security network verification, or he or she cannot be confirmed as the passenger.

Passengers can carry relevant documents to the airport police station to apply for a "Temporary Identity Certificate for Taking Civil Aviation Aircraft" if they meet the above requirements.

III. Passengers who have one of the following situations will not be processed.

i. Passengers who are found to use another person's identity documents or use forged or altered identity documents during security checks;

ii. Foreigners and passengers from the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions;

iii. Non-applicant passengers;

iv. Materials provided by the applicant are not consistent with the public security network verification, or they cannot be confirmed as the passenger by themselves;

v. Passengers who cannot be queried through the public security network;

vi. Children under 16 years old who cannot verify the identity of their guardian or companion.
